Quality Assurance

Asian group operates under the guidelines of Schedule "M" of Drugs & Cosmetic Rules 1945 and a Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Insecticide Unit of Aerosol Industry accredited with ISO 9002, Quality Standard certification in September 2000, which has not only improved the well-documented and integrated Quality systems but also served as a benchmark to enhance the existing GMP focused operations.

The heart of our quality system is the GMP Committee. The GMP Committee has a wide cross section of employees resulting in a well-balanced team.
The GMP Committee meets every fortnight to discuss the latest status on areas such as continuous improvement programs, quality reports, results of supplier audits and scheduling upcoming customer audits.
Many of our customers audit us on a regular basis and we welcome their input into improving the quality system within the plant.

We are active in ensuring that we meet our customers supplier validation programmes.

Concept of GMP at Asian Group

We are strictly following the guidelines given in G.M.P at plant.
At all steps we are having a traceable system with the proper formats and documentation

Step1
Personal A personal hygiene level is maintained to ensure the quality of environment inside the plant by providing uniforms, disinfections for cleaning and proper entry system of employees in the main plant

Step2
Cleanliness & Maintenance of Building Standard procedure for cleanliness is adopted inside and surrounding of the building to be maintained pest control and sanitization system is adopted to avoid any contamination

Step3
From receipt of RM/PM to the Dispatch of goods we are strictly following the norms in the SOP and each step of operation is control by Quality Assurance Department by monitoring and documentation.

Step4
Process validation, Equipment validation and calibration is maintained as per the standards given in the SOPs

Step5
To verify the results of Quality Controls or validation of results we are sending random samples to third party testing to ensure the testing results.

Step6
Customer complaints, if any, are attended on priority basis and solution is found to the customer satisfaction.
